The UP NEET PG Counselling for 2025 will start from 6th Nov 2025 (Official Schedule) and will be conducted online through the official website (upneet.gov.in). The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training in UP will run online counseling for MD/MS/DNB admissions in 2025. This will be based on the results of the NEET PG Exam 2025. The complete schedule for the round-wise NEET PG counseling will be provided below once it becomes available. To participate in the seat allocation process for NEET PG, candidates must complete the registration process.

UP NEET PG Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have qualified for the NEET-PG-2025/NEET-MDS-2025 entrance examination.
• Candidates who have completed their one-year compulsory rotation internship on or before 30 June 2025 for MD/MS.
• Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS courses from the Govt./Private Medical & Dental Colleges of U.P. are eligible for government state quota seats and private medical college seats.
• Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS from AMU, Aligarh, & BHU, Varanasi, are not eligible for admission in government state quota seats. Such candidates are eligible for admission only to Private Medical & Dental Colleges.
Candidates who completed MBBS or BDS outside of Uttar Pradesh can only apply to private medical and dental colleges. They can also apply to private institutes and universities.

Registration:
For registration, visit the website https://upneet.gov.in and Enter details as required in registration format.
Security Deposit Payment
After registration pay the registration fees, security deposit amount
Merit List
Merit List will be released by UPDGME.
Choice Filling & Locking
To file your choice, go to the website https://upneet.gov.in. Log in with your NEET roll number and the password you made when you registered. Choice filing will not be complete until candidates finally submit and lock their choices within the scheduled time. Choice locking is compulsory; if it is not completed, online allotment will not occur. No changes will be permissible after locking the choice.

Allotment result
After result declaration download Allotment letter by using the NEET Roll Number and password.
Reporting at Nodal Center/Institute
Candidates must finish their admission process. This includes paying fees at the medical and dental colleges or nodal centers listed in the allotment letter.
